From measurements to final fitting, tailoring is an investment in the self. It is a process of self-branding and of distinction, and sees the production of the studio’s most personalised bespoke garments.
The Process
The drafting of a tailored suit is the result of careful consideration of almost thirty specific dimensions. These are used to craft a pattern which cutters then use to sculpt around the wearer’s body. Turning two dimension into three, the Luke Azzopardi studio holds interim fittings to understand personal preferences and tastes; so that the final reveal is a timeless purchase that fulfils all the ambitions of a project which is bespoke.

Tailoring by Luke Azzopardi has included occasionwear in the form of suits, shirts, blouses and outerwear. We are driven by the traditional but excited by the experimental. Consultations for tailoring projects are often conversations that test the confines of the tailored object as part of our ambition to generate couture.
