Waranty

At AZZOPARDI, each piece is a study in craftsmanship — cut, sculpted, and assembled to hold both memory and intention. Though we select every material and finish for durability, we recognise that even well-made objects may falter through time.

For this reason, we offer a 12-month Care Warranty, valid from the date of original purchase and honoured upon presentation of your receipt or order number.

 

What Is Covered

Our warranty reflects our commitment to integrity in design and making. It applies to;

  • Structural faults in the construction of garments, scarves, bags, or jewellery;

  • Breakage or tears caused by a production flaw;

  • The dislodging or loss of a jewellery stone due to a faulty setting.

 

What Falls Outside Our Care Warranty

The following conditions are not covered;

  • Damage from force, improper storage, or wear beyond expected use;

  • Tarnishing, discolouration, or plating change due to skin chemistry or moisture;

  • Tears, stains, or marks resulting from daily use or improper handling;

  • Loss of the item;

  • Cleaning or restoration performed outside AZZOPARDI guidance;

  • Damage caused by attempts to repair or alter the item without our consultation.

 

Making a Warranty Request

Should you believe your piece falls within the terms of our warranty, please email studio@lukeazzopardi.com, quoting your order or invoice number. Kindly attach a clear image and description of the issue.

In some cases, our team may request to examine the item at our Birkirkara Atelier. Once your request is reviewed, we will respond within 10 working days with a full assessment.

If the claim is accepted;

  • We will repair the item wherever possible;

  • If a repair cannot be made, we will offer an exchange or a credit note equal to the item’s value at the time of purchase.
